Eighteenth .VS. Seventeenth - Differences

Probably everyone knows that the difference between 17 and 18 is equal to 1. Kids know that too!
But I'm going to write how's my life change from 17 year old to 18. It's totally different!

In my Seventeenth
  1. Bus is the main vehicle for my transportation in school days.
  2. I took money from my mum every week before school on Mondays and I never gave my mum money.
  3. My schedule is the same everyday. Sleep--school---eat---bath---homework---TV---revision---sleep.
  4. I enjoyed and relaxed on Saturdays and Sundays. Shopping always the best activities.
  5. I had never worried about how my life would go on. And just stay stupid and wait SPM to end.
  6. My social network only consist of my families and my friends in school. That's all.
In my Eighteenth
  1. I have learn an "All-Malaysians-Must-Have-Living-Skill" called driving. In advantage, I have a car borrowed from my aunt for about RM2000. Yes, I used my savings to buy it. My heart was sliced into a ton pieces when take my 5-year-savings out just for a tiny little Perodua Kancil which had been celebrates it's 12 birthday.
  2. My mum stopped giving me pocket money since my SPM ended.(Well, this is the only bad thing that I finished my SPM). In another words, I have to give mum some of my money and do some contribution to our family expenses, which comprise of electric and water bills. So, I have to start earning money by teaching piano. Besides that, I have to cover my own expenses too! I just want to scream out loudly that I hate paying for PETROL! How can it being so fast finished? Or can I say that it just so effectively and wonderfully disappear in a few miles driving.
  3. Basically, my life changes everyday. Today I would be in Kuala Lumpur buying goods, and tomorrow I would be teaching piano all day long and the other days just doing the house routines. It just not that kind of "school-homework-and revision" in my 17th. I enjoy my life now : )
  4. Saturday is a miracle for me. I love how busy I am driving here and there teaching piano all day long. Sunday would be a more relaxing than Saturday and I always go swimming and do some exercise instead of going shopping mall. : )
  5. Most of the nights in my eighteen have been bad. I can't even fall asleep with all thinking and worrying about how to teach my students tomorrow, how to talk to their parents about the fees, how to arrange my time to suit my students, how much money I left or that I will be dead from hunger... etc. It's a hundred time more difficult to deal with these compared with my life in seventeenth which just needed only to concern about how much homework I haven't done yet.
  6. I meet new students, new parents, new friends, and even business man. I learn how to communicate with them and to face some awkward moments or to deal with some unsatisfied parents.
  7. Everything is new for me. I have to know how insurance protects me, how's taxes going on in our country, how much % is the bank deposit interest and how expensive the properties are. I have to plan my future as this is no longer my mum job. I have to responsible for my life and my family too. It's all burdens since 18th start. : (
And last but not least, I'm reminded by my friends that I'm already 18 and can start watching Adult Video =.=
But that's not my cup of tea. Thank you ~ hahaha...

Wish me a great 18th. Cheers.

Think to be financially Smart

Recently, I had some overviews on Forbes, The Stars Property and some business related articles online.
I found that financial planning is utmost important and it can take our life time to learn it.

Just thinking that if I want to do some savings for my future, it will be better to make it in bank's fixed deposit or for the mutual fund.
I did think for the insurance but the refund of insurance is the way too low. But what it benefits me is providing protection on my life and my family.
Investment is high risk and I am not willing and not ready yet to lost all my money from that.

So, I think I should take some times and learn more about savings, investment, real estate and insurance.
I had read the Carol Yip's book today in the book shop and found it's useful.  : )
Any suggestion of books, magazine, or website?  : ) comments are very welcomed.

Laugh, Eat, Buy

We had had a lovely Sunday this week by having a great lunch at Pepper Lunch, Pavillion.
Basically, we are not supposed to go Pavillion that day but to go swimming.
However, we decided to go to as we haven't went shopping together for a decade.
Plus, I have to buy my piano students some of the piano books.
How clever and responsible am I. Huh huh huh...

Furthermore, we have been looking up and down everywhere around Pavillion for a birthday present for my 2nd sister. (It will be this Saturday! 21st April)
So finally, my mum get her a Swatch limited edition and my little sister another. Because she want to get the free purse for buying above RM650. Well, =.= I'm not going to show the free purse as I really don't like it.

Yo, please roll down and see how we enjoyed the day! =D
Taking picture with the flower behind. Gorgeous.
We are having the Pepper Lunch!
I love how's the background designed.

They were watching the video on teaching us how to grill and cook our "pepper lunch".
It's fun to do that!
I personally think it's so special as not all the restaurants give us cook ourselves.
Plus, we can adjust the flavor according to our mood and taste.
I had have a chicken pepper rice and it's sooo yummy.
My sister's salmon and beef rice are aromatic! Not bad. =D
Will try the pasta next time.
 Photobooming while waiting our lunch.
How crazy is my face @.@
Okay then, these are my brother's pets recently.
I have no idea why it's so fun to play with these non-living things and loves it till died.
Maybe he's bored. =.= ~~~

They are the winner of the day for getting a beautiful watch.
While my mum's credit card almost ... T.T
I can't even said that.

But I know that Swatch's watch can last long and it's great.
I wore my Swatch since I was Form 2 and now it's still perfect.
So I think it's worthy.

THE END

Music Addiction

Hi, it has been a long time that I didn't update my music albums.
Here's some of the songs those inspired me today and made me sticked in front of the computer for a long hour.

And then I would like to say that I'm the biggest fan of Joshua Ledet in American Idol.
He's awesome and the most epic song he sang would be: When A Man Loves a Woman.
It's better than the original song. I think so. =D
It's pretty sad that I'm not an American so that I can vote for him.

Hope you guys enjoy it.
Have a nice day then.

"We Not Naughty" Movie Out

I totally have no idea that why the teenagers nowadays love to take photo in the toilet.
I think maybe the mirror is big enough to capture our whole body. =.=
Well, I'm the shortest one( On the left side). You know that.

After toilet photo shooting, we enjoy the Singapore's movie "We Not Naughty" or "小孩不坏" as well.
It was awesome and worth watching for only RM10 per person. Ha ha ha...
The family members holding each other hands and go through all difficulties in life get them closer.
It really touched into the deep of my heart. (But sure I didn't cried!)
I wish my family could do that too!

Okay, let's back to the topic.
We din't shop too much on that day because we spent too much time on the movie (Almost 3 hours)
So we chat about everything in our life when enjoying snowflakes.
Sweet time for us to be together.
Wish my friends good luck in their study and all the best.

We should go shopping together in the next semester holidays.
Promise.  =D

My first sofa

Basically, everyone's home must have a living room with the necessary furniture, such as sofas, television, television rack and a coffee table to put magazine some how.

To be honest, I had lived my house for 12 years and THESE furniture never existed in my living room.
All I have to blame is my dad. He don't like furniture, he don't like anything that can interrupt his movement.
OH yeah, so why did he bought a house? Better he sleep and live besides the railway.

Since I've been a piano teacher for 4 months, some of my students will come my house for piano lessons and most of their parents and even siblings come along.
Since my living room don't have sofa, so, it's totally embarrassing to say:" welcome, please sit on the floor and have a cup of tea." wtf

Yesterday, I'm really sick of it and told my mum to add some NECESSARY furniture into our living room.
So we shop almost for 2 hour and decided to buy these set of sofa. We get the 1 + 2 as our living room don't has much space to put. And fortunately, the sofas sent to our house before a heavy rain and they suit our living room so well. The colour, space, size, fabrics and everything. Just fantastic.

I'm saying that these are my very first sofas in my whole life because I bought it with sharing a half with my mum.

My salary T.T

But anyway, I believe that my action can bring a long term convenience to my families, my students, and their parents.

Pimples... I Hate YOU

Okay, well, I'm not going to post a photo and showing how ugly is my appearance and how disgusting my pimples looked like.

I just want to say that I'm mad with the damn pimples and blackheads around the T-zone.
I haven't got into these kind of problems before that. Hey, I'm already 18! These are teenagers' problems and I even never get this much severe when I was 14 or 15.

Hormone imbalance? I don't know.
Well, I'm trying really hard to save my face. I have been stop using the Hada Labo series.
Any suggestion for which product should I use? I need help : (
